کراچی:- ( ) کراچی واٹر اینڈ سیوریج کارپوریشن نے اپنے روینیو اور ٹیکس ڈیٹا بیس مزید بڑھانے کا مشن تیز کردیا، اس ضمن میں سی ای او واٹر کارپوریشن انجینئر سید صلاح الدین احمد کی ہدایت پر ڈی ایم ڈی آر آر جی واٹر کارپوریشن سید عمران زیدی نے سندھ بلڈنگ اتھارٹی کو خط لکھ دیا، ترجمان واٹر کارپوریشن کے مطابق واٹر کارپوریشن نے سندھ بلڈنگ کنٹرول اتھارٹی سے کراچی میں موجود عمارتوں فلیٹس اور پلازوں کی تفصیلات مانگ لیں جبکہ واٹر کارپوریشن حکام نے خط میں کہا کہ کراچی میں ایس بی سی اے سے رجسٹرڈ اور منظور شدہ بلڈنگز ،فلیٹس اور پلازوں کی تفصیلی معلومات فراہم کی جائیں اور تمام رجسٹرڈ سوسائٹیز کے نام اور لوکیشن بھی فراہم کی جائیں، خط کے متن میں کہا گیا ہے عمارتوں، پلازوں اور فلیٹس کا اسٹیٹس ان کی منظوری اور وہ زیر تعمیر ہیں یا مکمل ہیں یہ بھی بتایا جائے، اس کے علاؤہ بلڈنگز ،فلیٹس اور پلازوں کو ریگولیٹ کرنے والی متعلقہ اتھارٹی اور ان سے رابطے کی معلومات بھی فراہم کی جائیں، واٹر کارپوریشن حکام نے سندھ بلڈنگ اتھارٹی سے کہا کہ جتنا جلدی ہوسکے تمام تفصیلات فراہم کی جائیں کیونکہ واٹر کارپوریشن اپنے روینیو ،صارفین اور ڈیٹابیس میں مزید اضافہ کرنا چاہتا ہے، دوسری جانب واٹر کارپوریشن نے ناہندگان کے خلاف کارروائی کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کرلیا ہے اس ضمن میں ڈی ایم ڈی آر آر جی سید عمران زیدی کا کہنا تھا کہ 14 اکتوبر بروز ہفتے کے روز سے اٹھارہ ناہندگان پرائیویٹ کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیز کے خلاف آپریشن کیا جائے گا کیونکہ ان اٹھارہ مختلف ناہندگان پرائیویٹ کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیز کو ایک ہفتے کی مہلت دی گئی تھی کہ وہ واٹر کارپوریشن کے واجبات ادا کریں مگر انہوں نے واجبات ادا نہیں کیے، انکا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ایک ہفتے کی مہلت آج جمعرات کے روز ختم ہو جائے گی، پہلے مرحلے میں اٹھارہ مختلف ناہندگان پرائیویٹ کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیز کے پانی کے کنکشنز منقطع کیے جائیں گے جبکہ دوسری مرحلے میں نکاسی آب کے کنکشنز منقطع کیے جائیں گے۔

In this regard, on the instructions of CEO Water Corporation Engineer Syed Sallahuddin Ahmed, DMD RRG Water Corporation Syed Imran Zaidi wrote a letter to the Sindh Building Authority. According to the spokesperson of Water Corporation, Water Corporation has requested the details of buildings, flats and plazas in Karachi from the Sindh Building Control Authority, while the Water Corporation officials said in the letter that the detailed information of the buildings, flats and plazas registered and approved by SBCA in Karachi should be provided and the names and locations of all registered societies should also be provided, the letter said that the status of the buildings, plazas and flats, their approval and whether they are under construction or complete should also be mentioned. Apart from this, the relevant authorities regulating buildings, flats and plazas and their contact information should also be provided. Water Corporation officials asked the Sindh Building Authority to provide all the details as soon as possible, because Water Corporation wants to further increase its revenue customers and database. On the other hand, the Water Corporation has also decided to take action against those who do not pay their dues, In this regard, DMD RRG Syed Imran Zaidi said that an operation will be conducted against eighteen private cooperative housing societies that have not paid dues from October 14۔.He said that 18 different private cooperative housing societies were given a week’s time to pay the dues of the water corporation, but they did not pay the dues.He further said that the one week grace period will end on Thursday, In the first phase, the water connections of eighteen different private cooperative housing societies will be disconnected, while in the second phase, the sewage connections will be disconnected.
