Fill the respective application form for water connection attached / enclosed the required document’s pertaining to the property where water connection is required and submit it to the respective revenue office of KWSB. Deposit challan in the concern bank which is issued by revenue of KWSB 9th mile karsaz you may also download new connection form from Download new Connection Forms

HOW I MAY CHANGE THE NAME OF OWNER IN MY WATER BILL

Along with a formal request submit one of the following Document’s (copies) to concern Tax and Revenue office (1) Sales Deed (2) Gift Deed (3) Lease Document of Property (4) Sub Lease (5) Mutation

IN CASE FO BIFURCATION OF PROPERTY

Submit the following document’s
(a) Submit copy of the income Tax Exemption from CBR.
(b) Registration Certificate from directorate of Social Welfare Government of Sindh
(c) Copy of P.T.1 from Excises & Taxation Department.

HOW I MAY CHANGE MY PROPERTY FROM COMMERCIAL TO DOMESTIC

(a) Submit copy of the Income Tax Exemption from CBR.

HOW I CAN SEE HISTORY OF MY WATER BILL

You may obtain computerized monthly / Yearly breakup for demand and payment from Head Office I.T Department.

WHERE TO PAY BILL

In authorize bank branches only as well authorize post office and NADRA bill collection system .National Bank is not authorize to Collect water’s bill’s

I HAVE PAID BILL EVERY MONTH WITH DUE DATE BUT STILL ARREAR SHOW IN MY BILL

Contract to concern revenue office along with copies of already paid arrear bill

HOW I MAY RESTORE MY DISCONNECTED CONNECTION

After payment of the total arrears approach to respective revenue office and submit a copy of it and obtain a N.D.C (No Dues Certificate) and submit it to concern Executive Engineer Water Distribution.

WHAT IS MY BILLING DATE AND LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION

From 2nd of the every Calendar month to the 18th of every month

WHEN I NEED METER FOR WATER CONSUMPTION

Meter is allowed only for the water connection obtain for commercial, Industrial and bulk consumption.

HOW MANY KIND OF WATER CONNECTION AVAILABLE

There are two kind of connection (1) Commercial (2) non Commercial

SHOULD WE BOILD THE WATER BEFORE DRINKING

It is depend on water quality , because Water Board is responsible for Supply pure and Clean water, but due to un-authorized water connection water may contaminated , It is better to boiled water before use.

WHAT WE CAN DO WHEN ABOUT WATER CONTAMINATION

Contract to nearest following water testing lab. The testing Lab is situated in C.O.D Filter Plant near Batul Mukkarm Masjid Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
